The Challenge
In the design for a future course (IxD Program), with Snapchat and LACMA partnerships, we were challenged to create a Snapchat lens that collaborates with Urban Light at LACMA.
The Solution
Open your mouth and learn Urban Light Trivia!
With this lens, the user can have fun, and learn about Urban Light with the randomized trivia. The idea came from me remembered that people seem to like the artwork more when we learn about its story. Although I am using a background image, ideally, we can location trigger for this lens to pop up when the user is at LACMA.
Process
As I was watching tutorials to get to know Lens Studio, I sketched out some ideas on paper. When the trivia idea came up, I started researching Urban Light’s background stories and collected nine trivia. Then, I looked into LACMA’s brand guideline to use the font and colors that are close to LACMA’s brand guideline.
